  1. Some browsers, especially mobile browsers, require user interaction to play digital human videos. It is recommended that the start event be triggered by user clicks, even if muted is a silent state, otherwise some browsers may not display the digital human.
  2. Some WeChat browsers on iOS systems require calling navigator.mediaDevices.getUserMedia for authorization before playing remote streams.
  3. If ASR recognition is enabled, user authorization for getUserMedia will be needed. Due to browser restrictions, local debugging requires an HTTPS environment.
  4. For WeChat Mini Program integration, it can be connected through the web-view component.
  5. Some mobile browsers still cannot adapt to the browser’s autoplay policy even if start is called by user click. When receiving a 4009 error, you can trigger the resume method through a user event.
